Game Dev

I've always been fascinated by the power of code and the endless possibilities it offers for creating and building things. But despite my love for software, I've been a bit hesitant to venture into the world of game dev. It's a field that requires a unique set of skills and knowledge, and I wasn't sure if I was up to the challenge.

But recently, I decided to take the plunge and start learning. I started with 2D games, which seemed like a good place to begin, as the complexity of 2D games is generally lower than that of 3D. Plus, I figured I'd be able to get a game up and running faster with 2D.

I'm currently in the process of testing my first game with friends and family, and it's been a blast seeing how they react to it. I'm not sure if I'll release it to the public or not, but for now I'm just enjoying the process of creating something new and learning about a field I've never worked in before.

One of the things I'm really excited about is incorporating AI into the process. For example, I've used DALL-E to generate the game's icon and ChatGPT to help me adapt the story. It's been interesting to see how AI can be used to enhance the game development process, and I can't wait to see where it takes me in the future.

Overall, I'm loving the journey so far. It's a challenging field, but the progress I've made has been really rewarding.
